Questions Import Scenario for Customer Activity (from Ring Central)

I was wondering if anyone had a template or could review what I have for my import scenario to figure out what I am missing. Our sales group is using Ring Central to log calls and I need to import those phone calls into Acumatica weekly under Customer->Activities (and I am also trying to do the same for Business Accounts). 

My Ring Central Export looks as follows and I have added in a couple columns where I cross referenced the phone #'s on the Ring Central report to get the customer #.

My import scenario looks as follows

I am getting an error message about BAccountID, but the perplexing thing is I have another import scenario I use (successfully) that has the same fields for Customer ID and the same format and it works perfectly.

My first attempt I tried the import via Activities, but to no avail so I decided to take this approach and map through the customer screen. My intention is to have the activity show under the customer profile here:

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Just curious, did you look at Lightspeed Voice (click here)? They take care of the Acumatica integration for you. I believe it even can push the recordings into Acumatica activities as attachments.

@timrodman Thank you for this information. I was given a reference, through our Acumatica partner, to Workato who provides a "connector" service. I will be learning more today, but they have (what sounds like) API's that work between Ring Central and Acumatica. 

 

I did inquire with Acumatica about the import but they told me that importing data to a pop-up screen will not work (and the customer activity screen is considered a pop-up).

 

I will definitely look at Lightspeed some more as well. I appreciate the information.
