I was wondering if anyone had a template or could review what I have for my import scenario to figure out what I am missing. Our sales group is using Ring Central to log calls and I need to import those phone calls into Acumatica weekly under Customer->Activities (and I am also trying to do the same for Business Accounts).
My Ring Central Export looks as follows and I have added in a couple columns where I cross referenced the phone #'s on the Ring Central report to get the customer #.
My import scenario looks as follows
I am getting an error message about BAccountID, but the perplexing thing is I have another import scenario I use (successfully) that has the same fields for Customer ID and the same format and it works perfectly.
My first attempt I tried the import via Activities, but to no avail so I decided to take this approach and map through the customer screen. My intention is to have the activity show under the customer profile here:
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Just curious, did you look at Lightspeed Voice (click here)? They take care of the Acumatica integration for you. I believe it even can push the recordings into Acumatica activities as attachments.
