I am trying to determine if there is way to "skip" an entire step in an approval map if a certain condition is met. In my case I have two people who can approve a Request if it is under 3,000 (call them Workgroup A). If it is higher than 3,000 after their approval it moves on to the next step.
What my client wants to have happen is that if either one of two people in Workgroup A enters a Request, it would immediately skip the under 3,000 step and move on to the next one. No matter how I try to configure this I simply cannot get it to work.
Any ideas are appreciated.
You can add on the condition "Request |created by | does not equal to | username of the approver"
