Hi all!
I'm trying to figure out how to require an approval when a Project's Status is changed to Completed. It seems simple enough in the Assignment and Approval Maps rules, "Project Status Equals Completed," but I can't get it to fire. Am I missing something?

Two thoughts on this.
1. Did you populate your Approval Map in the Project Approval Map field on the Projects Preferences (PM101000) screen?
2. I don't think you'll be able to trigger an approval on completion. I think the approval gets triggered when you uncheck the Hold checkbox on the Projects (PM301000) screen.
