Acumatica Phone System Integration
I am using 8x8, but IF would consider switching if it integrated into Acumatica. Integration would be very powerful tool.
I did a demo and proof of concept with them and liked what they had. Their integration adds a task about the call and includes the recording if you enable that. They are also very open to taking in feedback and making updates to their solution. We ultimately went another direction because of the need for screen sharing in meetings, but I would recommend light speed. They also have a follow-up tool to handle some CRM tasks. It doesn't yet integrate with Acumatica, but worth taking a look at.
I did a CRM integration with Fonality for another ERP system and it worked grt, but with Acumatica I wanted to see if any integration exists, I did notice lightspeed but not sure how seamless they are integrated and also the quality of phone calls and cost, would certainly be interested to evaluate them ...
Besides doing the fireflies.ai integration during hackathon with machine learning and tying that into Acumatica task, now i'm even more interested to see better integration 🙂

FYI we did a demon with Lightspeed but they said they cannot support Canadian phone numbers which was a deal breaker for us.
