In our Test companies I can complete a SO and hit the Reports Button and select Print Sales Order, the SO pulls up without issue. When I hit the Send button an email pops up and we can select the template and stuff we want to use.
In our Going Live on Monday company, when I hit the Reports Button and select Print Sales Order, the SO pulls up without issue. When I hit the Send button the email doesn't pop up. Am I missing a setting someplace in the report or under Order Types?
I uploaded the report from our test company. The email pops up there.

I found that some of my templates weren't there. After I put them back in Acumatica it worked fine.
Glad you got it working. What's confusing to me about email Templates is that you can have a different email Template at play depending on whether you are using the ACTIONS -> Email Sales Order/Quote option or the SEND button on the report itself. But sounds like you're just on the report itself so you should be good.
