When I export my report to excel, the column headings do not appear. The visible in excel button is checked for all of these, so I am not sure what I'm missing.
If you post your report, I can take a look at the settings. No guarantees I'll resolve it, the report writer can be a bit fickle at times.
I shifted your headings into PageHeaderSection1 and had no issues. Did you duplicate the headers and footers? I have had issues when duplicating segments in the past, I swear something gets corrupted, but I can't be sure of what/where/how. Can you try moving the headers in the top segment and then exporting? You should get the same output regardless of your report length etc.
