Currently I'm using the push notifications webhook. I create a certain generic inquiry, once it meet the condition the push notification will auto trigger.
But I got some issues which is not sure where the fault is . The record to push match the generic inquiry that I created, problem is the push notifications didnt trigger to external applications.
From my understanding, If a notification has failed in Acumatica ERP before it was sent (for example, if Acumatica ERP could not retrieve the data for the notification), this notification is not displayed in the table on the Process Push Notifications form. Acumatica ERP saves the information about these notifications in the PushNotificationsErrors database table.
Problems is there's no data in PushNotificationsErrors table or PushNotificationsFailedToSend.
How to tackle this problem ? I'm not sure if the external app is the problem or acumatica push notification.
Do Acumatica stored history of which push notifications has been sent ?
