Where can we find the equivalent to License Monitoring console in Acumatica Version 6.0? We are having an issue with an ISV's software and they want access to this console. It maybe a coincidence but after getting a 2018 R1 sandbox installed only one user can be in their software at a time. It is frustrating because the ISV points fingers and so does Acumatica, all the while the problem doesn't
get solved. It is for printing shipping labels, so it is important to have more than one user.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Ya, the test license for Acumatica only allows 2 concurrent users. I wonder if StarShip is logging out after making a connection to Acumatica.
You can use the Access History (SM201045) screen in Acumatica to see who is logging in and when. Make sure that StarShip is using their own dedicated login to make this easier to read.
Also check the Logout option to ensure that StarShip is logging out properly:
