We have a subsidiary in northern England that needs some help with VAT functionality in Acumatica. They have a number of questions and we are trying to find someone that can provide paid expert help.
An immediate question they have with regard to VAT coming out of AP - does the document date in an AP Bill or the Financial period in an AP Bill determine the dating within VAT functionality? More specifically if an AP Bill is dated 30/09/2020 with a posting period of 10-2020....for VAt is it October or September?
If this is a stupid question please forgive:) VAT is a strange animal to me here in USA
