Hi
1. Create a Physical inventory type for Full physical inventory
2. Create a Stock item
3. In Inventory, do a receipt of the stock item on 5 pieces
4. In Inventory, do an issue of the stock item of 5 pieces(you will have 0 On-hand after this)
5. Prepare the Physical inventory(notice that the stock item is not included here)
6. In the Physical inventory review, you can also see that the stock item is not included.
If a Stock item have transactions to it, shouldn't it be included in the stocktaking, eventhough the On-hand quantity is 0?
Hi VJW,
As far as I know, that's the intended behavior and the reason for the Blank Lines To Append field on the Prepare Physical Count screen:

It will add however many blank links you specify so you can add things that are found even though Acumatica thinks that the quantity is 0.
Hi
Ok, thanks! I remembered that it had worked earlier, but probably just me that remembered it incorrectly then=)
