Hello,

Is there an easier way to automatically populate the branch bank account when the Branch is changed on a Bill?

This supplier only has the one location but is used by all 3 companies.

Regards,

I can't think of a clean way to do this. A Payment Method can have one default Cash Account. But it sounds like you have 3 Cash Accounts, each belonging to 3 separate Companies/Branches.

As you point out, you could put a default Cash Account on the Vendor, but your Vendor can be used in all three Companies/Branches.

The only thing I can think would be to do a customization that automatically defaults the Cash Account based on the Company/Branch that you are in.
