In manufacturing there is no visual of the jobs progress to where it is at or if it is on time to be completed, so I was wondering if I introduce Manufacturing and Project Accounting together https://www.acumatica.com/blog/manufacturing-job-costing-with-acumatica-project-accounting/ and tap on the project accounting to smartsheet integration https://www.acumatica.com/acumatica-marketplace/acumatica-smartsheet-integration/ would this work?
Has anyone applied or considered this approach?
If you just need a visual, I would look at a Dashboard or Power BI.
If you need to be able to adjust dates and have them write-back, that's where the Smartsheet integration could be useful, but I think it only talks to the Project data, not the Manufacturing data. I think @fernando-amadoz knows more about how it works.
