I trying to export the item image link to use on other sites , but when i used it , always needs login , is there the method cant login into acumatica but see the image?
I'm not sure that Acumatica would do a good job of hosting images externally. My concern would be that it would slow down the system. Something like Amazon S3 would probably be better.
I did try it though, but I ran into the same problem as you did. I tried checking the Is Public (the file ignores access rights and is visible to everybody) checkbox, but it still requires me to login when I use the External Link in an Incognito window.
Maybe something needs to be done with the anonymous user login?
