We upgraded to 2020 R1 last week and we are now having an issue with Description fields. We're (my users, i am using chrome) using Internet Explorer version 11.1667.17134.0.
When we go to enter text in the description box, it comes up like a multi line section box. Please see attachment.
BTW, it works fine in Chrome and Edge.
Any help, other than tell the users to use chrome, would be appreciated.

Seriously, you need to stop using Internet Explorer. It's junk.
