I am creating an import scenario to cancel a list of orders, but I get an error that the order already exists. I have seen other scenarios that update order lines using the same steps I have, not sure what I am doing wrong here.

Our implementation consultants tells me this is a package we have published causing the error. So they are going to fix it and republish.
