I have checked Acumatica 2019r1 and also the pre-release of Acumatica 2019R2 and there is no provision of any import scenarios for Service Management.
Has anyone built anything that they are willing to share, at this moment Service Equipment seems to be the popular one.
I haven't personally. Are you trying to import into the Equipment (FS205000) screen?
Am trying to import the data to equipment screen. Import process has been successfully done,but the data is not updating to equipment module. attached my import scenario mapping as well. Could you please suggest me on this.
Using 2018 R2 version.
I have one you might be able to use. We imported 2600 equipment records
I tried to upload as a zip file however it said file format invalid. I'll check with Tim to see what formats are valid
HI , Can you provide me Equipment scenario. I tried with my scenario which is successfully processed but the record is not updating in Equipment master module. Some thing wrong with my process or mapping but not showing any error. If possible can you share the scenario .

I had to create a series of Business Events with Imports to automatically create Delivery Service Orders / Payment Pick Up Service Orders from Sales Orders / Customer Open Balances, then they auto create the associated Appointments needed as well. Works well to connect the Sales Team or Accounting Team with the Delivery Drivers, without so many extra steps.
Routing in Acumatica isn't quite there and I wish there were more pre-configured (Quick Processes) automations for the FS side. Maybe in the near future.

It looks like you are trying to import into multiple fields so it's hard to tell what the problem might be.
My suggestion would be to start simple, confirm that it's working, then add one field at a time so you can find where the problem is.
I just tried a simple Import Scenario into the Equipment (FS205000) screen and was able to get it to work, so I know that it's possible to import into the screen with an Import Scenario.
Try issuing a "Save" command before moving to the additional fields, then move to the additional fields and then save again.
Weird I know - but this worked when updating through import scenario for stock attributes.

Skills, Licences and Linking Licenses to Employees

@nicksm I know it has been a while since this was originally entered, but we are having issues importing the Service Per Period. We have entered the Service Contracts, but when trying to import the Service Per Period it will only import the first record. It acts like the others processed, but there is no data there.
