Questions Employee Setup
Hello all. We are new to Acumatica and was curious about setting up employees in the system; should we setup employees even though we use a 3rd party payroll processor? (we use and like Paylocity). Is there a benefit to having the employees in Acumatica besides for payroll?
All sorts of benefits:
- Approval and Assignment maps use Employees
- Tasks, Activities, Events use Employees.
I typically setup an corresponding employee for each and every user.
