Our email templates when sent to and viewed in Outlook, have large line spacing. When being viewed in the system before sending, writing with only one empty line between it then becomes two lines on Outlook. Any way to fix this?

We talking Notification Templates? You'd need to check the HTML view to make sure there's no unneeded breaks. Perhaps paste the HTML if it's not too lengthy.
