I would like to be able to edit/add additional reasons for marking an opportunity as lost. Has anyone found a way to do this?

You can use the new workflow in the customization area to add new Reason for opportunity, I added new fields for Lead. One of the versions has a bug, it doenst retain your changes.
Go to customization, add a new screen, go to fields in the left hand side, select the field reason click on Combo Box Values, add new values and save it.
Go to workflows, extend the existing one and select the new fields and save it. Validate and publish the customization. I would do that on a sandbox first =)
