Disabled Lot/Serial Number for Transfer Order
When creating a TR on the Sales Order screen (this happens on the Shipping Screen as well), one cannot enter a serial number when attempting to allocate a stock item.
I removed all customization projects, reviewed the Automation Steps and verified that the serial number works with a SO type. Is there something else I'm missing?
I just did one in the SalesDemo company and it seemed to work:
