Hey AUGForums! I hope everyone is staying safe, healthy and sane during these hectic times. I myself may have never been sane, and this request may prove as such. I am in need of locating the date of the last physical inventory count that is used in the physical inventory selection process. Does anyone know what table stores this date?
thanks!
Hey Kevin,
Good question. I just spent 15 minutes hunting but couldn't find it.
I'm assuming that you're talking about this right?
I agree with you that it must store the count date somewhere. It would make sense to me that it would store it on INItemSite, but I don't see anything there. I looked through some of the tables starting with "INPI" as well, but I couldn't find anything.
Bind InventoryItem to INPIDetail by InventoryID
Bind INPIDetail to INPIHeader by PIID and Site ID (You might not need Site ID)
The rows will now have a COUNT DATE by WAREHOUSE by LOCATION.
Need to just know when the item was last counted regardless of Location and Warehouse? Group by InventoryID and use =Max(CountDate).
This should be a stock inquiry, but it's not, so we get to build our own adventure!
In reviewing the DAC Schema Browser, I found the file (LastPICountDate), but it is flagged as hidden. Pity.
