Hello, is it possible to work on a Business Event? instead of duplicating the GI as a report. is there a direct GI to Excel as attachment in the Business event subscribers?

Not that I know of, but where would the Excel file get stored even if you could do it?
There is actually a product that does something like this, but in reverse. It's called Power Update:

If you setup your Excel files to connect to the Generic Inquiry via OData, then you can use Power Update to refresh them. You can store the Excel files in SharePoint, in OneDrive, or locally.
