Acumatica now integrates with SendGrid, an email delivery service that tracks when you send an email, when that email is opened, and when something is clicked in that email.
SendGrid also adds Unsubscribe buttons to your emails to make your emails legally compliant.
What's really cool about the integration is that you can view the information without leaving Acumatica.
