May i know if there is anyone here who have successfully mass delete sales prices via import scenario? The screen is sales prices(AR202000).
Need to remove the sales price by PriceType=Customer and PriceCode and InventoryID. I have tried the import scenario, it always says it is successfully processed, however, it's not the case. It only deleted some of the records from the sales prices table.
Kindly share if you have been successful removing the sales prices in batches. Thank you in advance.

I haven't tried an Import Scenario on one of those grids. Did you actually get it to delete SOME records? It just isn't deleting ALL of them?

Yes, you are right! It only deleted some records, not following the conditions set up. I will troubleshoot later, to see if i can find anything. Thank you.
I feel like I've seen a feature in Import Scenarios that allows you to loop through lines in a grid, but I can't remember for sure. You might open a support case with Acumatica to verify if such a feature exists in Import Scenarios.

I suppose you could delete them directly from the database if you have access to the database.
If you can delete the sales price records manually then try creating a Generic Inquiry to select just the rows you want to remove. On the tab titled [Entry Point], select the 'Enable Mass Deletion' option. If you have a large number of rows to address, I suggest setting the value of the control titled 'Records per Page' to 500 or 1000. This is located in the GI header section. This will allow you select a much larger number of rows to delete at a time.
Thanks Shawn. I have created the Inquiry as suggested however all options in the Entry Point tab including the enable mass delete option are greyed out. Is there another step in the inquiry process I need to do to enable these options?

Bummer, I was hoping that would work. I will say though that I've had very limited success with that feature. I haven't explored it enough though to know when it works and when it doesn't.
