Table linkage for adding a customer location note to the SO Shipment form

The note is attached to a customer location record, which is then used on an SO Shipment.  Notes from the location record don't appear to copy to the shipment when shipment is created.  I can get the Note ID to print from the SO address table, but have not been able to successfully add the Note table to the schema in the report designer.  RPX is attached.  Note the note ID is currently located on bottom left of the form and is labeled Additional Notes.  Currently the text box directly below is printing the Note ID.  My assumption is that I have to add the Note table(DAC) to the schema, but if there is another way....   Thanks in advance for any ideas/help.
