Questions QR Code Size

Hello everyone. Quick question, is there a way to get the QR codes to all be the same size? I don't mean same size in the "Layout" section (I've already done that), I'm talking about having them end up the same size in the final report. I attached the .rpx file as well as a screenshot that shows what the size difference of the QR codes looks like on the final report. Ultimately, I'm trying to see how small I can get them (currently I have them all set to 60px x 60px in the "Layout" section), so my distribution department isn't printing out 100 pages per shipment and going through cartridges of ink like it's going out of style.
