I'm trying to put a graphical header onto a quote, and no matter what our graphic designer does, it's terribly pixelated when it goes to render as a PDF. Does anyone have any ideas
It's been a few years, but I remember going to our graphics department to request a specific variant of our company branding. Each logo had specific dimensions in pixels with a DPI of 96 to avoid the need for resizing. That resolved any issues we had in the past, but we don't use images in most of our reports.
Normally the graphical file is in either PNG or GIF format to get the transparent background. What yours?
There are some settings you can play with on an image. Scale, Fit, Auto. Depending on the image size to space you may need to adjust how it is presented. Possibly you have tried this. As you know the standard for Acumatica form for the most part is 420px by 100 px.
The reason is this is the size of their standard external logo, for the most part.
If your logo or image is larger you might consider making it exactly that size for your form, whatever that is.

We're having an issue with print quality as well. We're trying to print a png floorplan on our reports and the quality is too poor to be usable.
There's got to be a rendering setting somewhere-does anyone know where that might be or any way to get better quality on the reports?
