I know that this is probably incredibly simple, but I am trying to work out the correct area and code to change the colour of data. I've looped in circle trying to find a blog page or anything but can't.
Super simple example. e.g If => $0.00 Black, if < $0.00 Red. How is this achieved and is it added in the Value section or Visibility?
@ellie Unfortunately not. We are trying to do this in Report Designer only.
We can potentially do it using Visibility setting having one data field (Red) invisible and the another data field (Black) visible. We can then trigger it based on amount.
I thought that there might be a simpler way than that based on other report designer I've used in the past. Hey all Report Designers are equal 🤣
Overlapping fields with different colors is the only approach that I can think of unfortunately. Acumatica Report Designer ain't Crystal Reports 🙂
Thanks for that Tim and I think we did that in the end. Digital Metaphors Report Builder does the same thing as Crystal, so it's a case of searching for something you know.
