I was trying and exploring odata to get data from Acumatica directly in excel, I followed https://www.augforums.com/connecting-to-acumatica-data-from-microsoft-excel/ but I am getting:

"We couldn't get data from Data Model. Here's the error message we got:

The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.

Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host."

@cielo-zipagan That's interesting that you're getting this error in Report Designer. The original post was about OData in Excel so it seems like a general login error and not something specific to the tool being used. I'm not sure what causes this and I haven't experienced it personally. Maybe try https://community.acumatica.com for this one or open an Acumatica support case.

@cielo-zipagan  I have a client that has run into the same issue.  We're you to resolve this challenge?
