I have a GI and when I add @PeriodStart/End as default values in parameter fields I get this failure.

If I use @MonthStart/End it works fine.

Any ideas?

I set up a GI on ARTran with the same parameters you show and both @MonthStart and @PeriodStart work without error.  Perhaps further usage of the parameter in the Filters or Results Grid tab is causing the error message?  What does the trace tell you?

@dianne

I have the same parameters in another environment and everything works fine.

I've changed to @monthstart and @monthend since our periods are monthly anyway but just interesting that I copied this gi from another company where it works and it doesn't work in this environment.

Interesting. Does the other environment have the same number of Companies and Branches?
