I really did try to dig around and try to find this one, because I thought it would have been mentioned. Maybe I couldn't find it because it is obvious!
So I've created a dashboard that is showing a dataset by week. I'm using the bar graph, and in the configuration tab I am using a field that is a date field, but using the "Date Rounding" function that is available. It gives you a few options here, but the only one I can get to work is the "YYYY W" function, which doesn't work for me. Our company uses fiscal weeks starting in July, so this doesn't mean much to us. I'd be happy also just showing the first day of the week! But I can't seem to figure out how. Any ideas? When I select the "d" format it literally just puts "d" below each value! I also tried entering "dd/MM/yyyy" - this gives me literally "dd/MM//2020"

Hmmm, not sure if there is a secret option that you could use in the Date Rounding field on the Dashboard Widget, but what about this idea?
You could add a formula to the GROUPING tab in the Generic Inquiry (SM208000) screen of the underlying Generic Inquiry.
Using the expressions in the Date/Time category, you'd have a better chance of calculating the Fiscal Week values that you want.
Then, since you'd be grouping on these values, you should be able to put a regular Dashboard Widget (without any rounding) on top of the grouped Generic Inquiry.
