I created a rolling 12 month P&L report.
In the row set, I expanded it by sub account.
On the report itself, I want to see the account numbers and the sub account numbers. I can only get sub account numbers to show up. Any ideas on how to get both the account number and the sub account on the report?
It would be nice to have an Account & Sub option in the Expand field. Unfortunately, the only way I can think to accomplish what you are looking for would be to define a separate row for every Account and use the Sub option in the Expand field.
Awesome technique Carl! I didn't realize that you could do that. Much cleaner than my suggestion.
I feel like I am missing a piece of the puzzle. I can get the subaccounts to show, but they are not associated with the individual GL account lines. They appear as their own separate lines below the primary account lines, even using the base row feature.
Can you include some screenshots Joe?
