Questions Financial Report Formatting

Question 1:

Is there a way to STOP the report headers from printing on every page? I only need it one the first page. See Sample below.

Question 2:

I added margin percentages as a row in my P&L report. Is there any way to get it to export as a percentage and not a decimal?

Question 3:

In my row that contains the margin percentages, is there any way to show both percentages and whole numbers? For example, at the column/row intersection of "$ CHANGE" I would like a whole number and not a percentage. In the below example, the margin changed 10%, or 5.1 points:
