Hi Tim and all AUGForums,
Nice to meet you all here, currently working as general manager at ace data system and deliver manufacturing implementation project. My favourite part of acumatica is easy to use and just require short training to finance user. But so far we see functionalities 2015 to 2021 withtin few years they provided many part like other enormous feathers and some are still in progress.
But big challendges is the part of customization even std. training not provided to us specifically.
Hope to see for this detail document from Acumatica.
Customer Experience Director
I am the IT Director here at Guido Companies. We are actually 3 seperate companies and we decided to bring on Acumatica to have everyone on the same platform. It has been a tough roll out but we are moving along.
I am an ERP consultant and an implementer at Acumatica, and have over 30 years of industry experience in the SMB ERP space. I have worked with several systems including NetSuite, SAP Business One, and MS Dynamics GP. Please visit my LinkedIn profile at https://www.linkedin.com/in/aghazali/ for further information on my background.
Thank you for this opportunity!
Thanks Tim! Glad to be here. Yup, been doing it for sometime now (since 1989 or thereabouts) 🙂. Joined Acumatica recently, you may recall from our LI chat.
PS: Didn't know who Cal Ripken Jr. was. Looked him up. Cool guy! He and I are are close in age, but I look much younger 😉 ...
Cheers...
Tim, I love what you have built! Thank you for your work. My name is Jacob Anderson, I am the CFO/CIO/Purchasing Officer/Tech Executive, etc. of a manufacturing company in American Fork, UT TRA Snow & Sun, Inc. I hope to take part here in both posting questions and answering questions. We've been using Acumatica since June of 2018.
Hi everyone! Nicole here.
My official role at my current company is a Web Developer & Designer, but I also oversee everything IT related in addition to maintaining the company website. I also do the marketing and manage social media.
I've never worked with an ERP before, so Acumatica is my first one. I've been trying to learn everything I can about Acumatica, so far so good! As for working with Acumatica, I'm pretty much the "Why doesn't this work?" or "How can I do this?" go-to person. Then, I usually come here to hopefully find answers... haha!
Hi All. I have been using Acumatica for several years now. We finally launched it live to our company in late 2019. I am our Acumatica administrator. I am still learning as I go along. Acumatica is the first ERP system I have used.
Hi, I'm the Business Process manager/ERP Specialist @Dekra-Lite, we are an ESOP/Employee-Owned company and are in the business of Commercial Christmas Decorations. Prior to coming to Dekra-Lite I had worked with, implemented, and upgraded other EPR systems like Oracle, several Epicor products, MAS90 and a few others. I was originally hired to manage the implementation of Acumatica and we have been using Acumatica for 5 years now.
Prior to Acumatica the company used three different systems, one for accounting, one for sale and one for orders, production, and shipping. We needed a system that could handle our accounting, sales/marketing, light manufacturing/assembly, repair shot, schedule desk and shipping. We were able to accommodate all those needs with Acumatica along with IIG's production module and Fusion WMS. We reviewed a few scheduling plugin's but found most to be too large for our need. We created some customization to Events to allow enter all scheduling info/schedule installations, track employees per installation, truck, and equipment as well.
Having worked with several ERP systems as an end user I think Acumatica is one of the most user friendly ERP systems I’ve worked with. With Acumatica's continues approach to "no code coding" I will say Acumatica is the easiest ERP system to create customization in that I've worked with Thus far.
Howdy from Texas! I'm Marty Inge and I am working for Buckeye, Inc. in Midland, Texas. We are an oilfield service company specializing in drilling fluids and consulting. I am a CPA and my role is mainly that of Tax Manager but I also am involved in all aspects of our accounting system. We are in the process of implementing Acumatica and it has been a chalenge. We previously used Sage 50 for our financial reporting. Our job costing and invoicing was done using a very old Dbase program developed in-house. We have a long way to go to get everything implemented and functioning properly so I'm hoping I can find answers to some of our questions here.
I am a Certified Acumatica Business Consultant with about six badges under my belt. Acumatica is a passion of mine (since 2014) when I went to a business conference with about 20 other VAR's. The product looked good to me then and continues to look GREAT to me now. I love the large incremental leaps that Acumatica makes each year and look forward to the Acumatica Summit events twice a year.
Our company, Synergy Resources LLC, is a 27 year veteran of ERP implementations (Infor/Visual) with over 1200 customers. We recently sought out an additional ERP for cloud solutions and chose Acumatica. I am one of several Acumatica resources at Synergy and my focus is on the financial side of the product. We have marketing resources, technical resources, and manufacturing resources on my team as well.
I live in a quiet neighborhood in Port Orchard, WA (Left of Tacoma).
I consider myself as a Specialist in Creating Order out of Chaos.

I am the CFO for Carma, a General Contractor in Las Vegas, Nevada. I've been doing construction accounting since 2000 and have worked with Timberline, Foundations, Vista and Acumatica. During the COVID downturn, I was an Acumatica consultant doing support and implementation with Acumatica. Now I am back as a user but bringing with me all the skills I learned as a consultant. I recently started using the Excel Add-In Velixo and LOVE it. I am leveraging that capability almost daily and rolling out customized spreadsheets for other users as a form of "self-help" in getting accurate and relevant data.
I would like to lean on this forum for help, and assist others who face challenges to really add value to this forum.

I work for Orangekloud Inc, a global ISV for Acumatica and we are a No-Code Enterprise Mobile Applications Development Platform provider - eMOBIQ(R) a Gartner(R) recommended RMAD Tool allows ERP and Web Developers to build Cross Platform, design thinking and customizable Mobile Applications and integrating the same to say Acumatica ERP using the available Webservices. We have built in consultation with the Acumatica Field Service Think Tank team, an Offline version of the Field Service Mobile App for Acumatica Field Service Users. So if anyone wants to preview the Offline FS Mobile App for Acumatica or preview the SDK eMOBIQ(R) to further enhance the App or build Cross Platform Mobile Apps with No-Code - will be glad to assist.
My name is Christina Keel, I am the Controller for a mid-size Tire Distribution company called Tire Outlet. We transferred to Acumatica from Trade Gecko. We use Velixo, the Shopify Connector, and the main distribution module.
My name is Omar Lieves. I am the director of IT for RDP Foodservice, a mid-size wholesale food distributor headquartered in Hilliard, OH.
We are in the process of implementing Acumatica and other platforms such as BFC Dakota for warehouse management, TrackMax (Mealticket) for deals and rebates and launching a new eCommerce presence to replace our current home-grown online ordering system.
I have participated in several ERP implementations such as QAD, SAP, Plex, and Oracle for other major companies but this is the first time where I am the whole implementation team. I am the Acumatica admin, the report developer, the power user, the project manager, and the BA 😫
Although my experience with Acumatica is still in its infancy, I like what I have seen so far. From what I am gathering, it is the closest an ERP will get to be "open source". The wealth of resources available - official and otherwise - is amazing. The willingness of people to help out is refreshing.
I am very happy to have found this forum and excited to learn from others and the journeys it took you guys to implement Acumatica.
