Does acumatica provide a role that can give read only access to all reports only. If not, can we create a role that can provide access to all reports only . We have a user who needs read only access to only reports .

You Can create a specific role that is viewing only.

Ya, it would be tedious to create the role because you'd have to assign each report individually. As far as I know, there isn't an "Add All Reports" box that you can check.
