On Acumatica, I am actually trying to load into the system a Trial Balance on Finance Module, by the time I release it, the system automatically creates a type of batch document in order to make an account balance. At this time, on the first version, everything is OK, the document (GL batch) is created. But when I try again (second version), the document (GL batch) is created as well, but it does not allow me to deliver it, the error message raised is "lot out of balance". The point here, is that since this is an internal document, I am not able to edit it. The way this client is configured in the systems, contains a combination of different branch offices with many Cost Centers(subacounts) each one. I have already reviewed on detail all configuration and information, including mapping and relationships, but have not found anything and still have ths problem.
Could you please help me in order to have useful information regarding this topic or anything may help in order to solve it?

Are you loading the Trial Balance into the Trial Balance (GL303010) screen in Acumatica, then clicking the RELEASE button to have Acumatica create a journal entry for you?
Assuming that is the case, for the Trial Balance that is creating the error, do the debits equal the credits?
Lastly, can you explain more what you mean by "internal document"?
