I understand how standard acumatica kit assembly works. It is basically one to one assembly under a single encompassing SKU, that is multiple SKUs assembled into a single SKU.
Is it possible with the standard kit functionality, to take one SKU and divide it into multiple quantities? For instance, one sheet of felt to be die cut into 20 functional pieces under a new SKU. Put another way, one piece of raw material SKU # ABC, quantity 1, divided into multiple quantities into SKU# XYZ, quantity 20 after the kit process.
Or is this getting into light manufacturing territory? No idea about Acumatica or ISV offerings here. Right now we don't need Work Orders or BOMs.
