If anyone is using Shopify integrated to Acumatica, what are you using for credit card processing? The current processor we are using does not integrate with Shopify and we are looking at options, maybe use the authorize.net gateway and feed our processor, or a different processor. Anyway to pass order info to Acumatica, authorize the card and return it to Shopify?.
All help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Dennis
as I know, most Ecoomere platform such as Shipify, Magento has its own payment gateway, and they will not using Acumatica credit card processing.
I think integration provider should able to provide this customization.
APS Payments is popular with Acumatica and it looks like they also do Shopify:

We use Ebiz to process cards but they do not have the option to use the same gateway for internal Acumatica charges and Shopify charge, so they made us purchase a separate gateway from Authorize.net.
This creates an entirely separate process for reconciliation and is not a desirable solution. If anyone has experience with APS or a better solution, would love to hear about it.
Thanks everyone. We decided to use authorize.net as the gateway and ebiz as the processor. That eliminates any gaps.
Quick note regarding Shopify:
Shopify has many different variables/levels. Shopify will charge the merchant a fee for using a vendor other than their own “Shopify Payments”. In some of these scenarios they will charge up to 2% on the dollar volume. The most recommended gateway to connect to Shopify through, is Authorize.Net which does not support Level 3 (Level 3 can save a merchant an average of 43% when processing Corporate or Government cards). For details regarding Level 3 click here. Shopify typically applies a standard Flat Rate which tends to be on the highest end of the spectrum.
Thanks for that info. This is strictly B2C so level 3 is not an issue.
Thanks for contributing.
