Does anyone know where permissions are set allow a user to scan in files? Users can click on Files, but when they hit scan, they get this error message.
insufficient rights to access the object (ScanJobInfoMaint).
You need to find the page ScanJobInfoMaint and grant access to it. It will likely be in a Hidden folder.
I've never heard of that functionality so I can't tell you where it is.
@roycelithgo First place I looked was in hidden. We finally opened a case on it last Thursday. Acumatica just updated us that they are still working on it.......
Ctrl F is your friend. It was indeed in the Hidden folder under "Submit for Scanning".....
Too bad the error message didn't say "Submit for Scanning" instead 🙂
