Is it possible to block access to prospect type business accounts, i.e. those that have not yet been converted into customers?
I haven't found a way in the row level security module.

You can probably use an A Inverse Restriction Group. Any entity in this group will be invisible to any member of this group. Add your prospects, then add your users to the group, and they shouldn't be able to see. I am in 2020R1 just in case it's version dependent.
