Questions Receive and Put Away lot tracked / Serial tracked item

hi all,
Not sure if this has been answered already.
Using MYOB Advanced here in Aus. Can't workout why I can't use Receive and Put away with serial or lot tracked items. I'm creating my receipt at the time of receiving goods by scanning the PO but it doesn't load any lines to receive section. Works fine if the items are not lot or serial number tracked. I can still scan each item and add serial numbers etc but Receive tab doesn’t load any PO lines at the time of scanning the PO. Please see below screen shots of the PO and receipt screen

 Any ideas please?
