Are you aware of any 3rd party products that would allow ‘history purging’ in Acumatica? My customer is basically asking for a way to have the system only retain seven years of AP data, as an example. It’s not a database size or data storage issue. It’s a compliance issue.

Sounds like a feature request or a services engagement to me. I personally wouldn't build it as a 3rd party product because then Acumatica would just take it and make it part of the core product.
