Avalara integration is set up and is calculating tax correctly. We went live a few months ago and I can't figure out how to get the sales tax reporting set up. Avalara files returns so I'm not missing deadlines, but I can't run reports to see of their submissions are accurate. When I try to prepare the tax report I get an error that says: there are transactions for taxes { long list of reporting agencies here } that could not be included in report. Error: please check tax configuration.
I have included a couple of screenshots, but I really don't know where to start. I have searched this subject several times with no resolution.
