Questions Popup screen fields not being auto populated

Hi, we are running 2018 R2 18.206 and have run into an issue that we have not encountered before. Often users will use actions within a page that will open a new screen in a popup window. In my case that new screen is a Report screen, the ID gets auto filled in the popup, but after they run the report and hit the 'send' action to bring up the email panel it is not auto-completing the fields for the email recipients info. However, if we take the same ID and bring it to the report screen directly, navigated to through the menu rather than as a popup, the email info auto completes. I am told the auto complete behavior is how the popups used to behave, but for some reason have stopped. Has anyone experienced this before?
