When I try to log an activity through a contact with the outlook add-in, I keep getting an error saying: "Error: 'From' cannot be empty." Does anyone know why I'm continuously getting this error/how to fix it?
Did the email from from an email address that is registered as a Contact in Acumatica? Maybe it needs to be created as a Contact first?
Did this ever get resolved...I am having the same issue and the email address is registered as a Contact.

The issue is because the Default Email Account under the Acumatica User Profile is empty.
