I can't get the Outlook add-n to work. Anyone else have issues with it?

When I open the add-in, it takes me to a login screen within the add-in. I log in.

On Outlook Web, it then goes blank and does nothing.

On Outlook Desktop Client, it opens a login page on Chrom (my default browser). After logging in, it shows a random page with in the top left hand corner the word "Person:", a selector box, and a sign out button. I assume that this actually the Outlook screen, but its showing in Chrome....

We are using Myob Advanced, but I wouldn't have thought there would be any difference with this feature between Myob and Acuamtica.

Anyone else have any issues with the plugin? Or am I just doing something wrong here?

Be glad of your experience with the plugin if you've tried it @roycelithgo

Sorry @daniel but I've never used it. Have you tried reporting this to your MYOB Advanced Partner?

Perhaps this is the issue?

Thanks for that - it must be the issue.

When I sign in from Outlook into the add-in, it comes up with a random Token message, which must be related to the 2FA issue.

Why it's not good that it won't work, it's great to have an answer why.

Finally, It is now working.

The email selects the contact account in Myob and you have button choices for Creating a

Lead

Contact

Case

But, a new bug in MYOB plugin is you have to re authenticate when you switch emails in outlook. So not the best user experience.
