So we have a couple of admins on our LIVE environment. Just the other day they suddenly could not get into the Mobile version of the LIVE environment. After some checking it was only admin users as other user roles did not have an issue getting into the LIVE environment. It was also noted that the same admin users could get into other environments on mobile where they had same user roles. While they are being blocked on Mobile they can get in through computers using online URL.  The error message is: "Server returned an error you have insufficient rights to access the object (FS642000)" Does anyone have a clue on why only this one environment is affected, and only mobile version, even though we have not changed anything about this environment in the days before this error occurred?

The solution was to go into access by screen and make Admins have rights to all screens. Once change was made Admin users could go into mobile on LIVE environment

Hello Zachary,

Does that also apply to a specific role besides the ADMIN?  For example, I have a project manager role which does not need to have full access to all areas like the admin does. In this case, how do I provide access to the screens without giving access to all modules and screens?

Thank You

Reinaldo

I have a colleague who got this same error message, but I wasn't able to reproduce it in my environment.

The solution for her had something to do with the Internal User role.
