Is anyone familiar with how or why the Task field on an Activity looks up to a user's actual emails? To confirm, the email address is setup as a system email account in Acumatica. When clicking the eyeglass on "task" within an activity, it's pulling all emails in the inbox of this email address (image attached). Is there a configuration setting on the System Email Address that can prevent this? Or, does anyone know the thought behind why someone would want a system email account's emails to pull through on the Task field on an Activity?
In my demo environment it seems to be displaying Tasks, Activities, and Emails. Like you, I would expect it to only display Tasks. Bug?
