Let's say you want to import Attributes into Stock Items using an Import Scenario in Acumatica.
Using the demo company, there are the Attributes defined on the Stock Items (IN202500) screen. The Color attribute field is a validated list. The Configurable Attributes attribute field is a text field.

1. Create an Excel file with the following format. We'll import attributes for two items in this example:

2. Go to the Import by Scenario (SM206036) screen, click the + button, browse to your Excel file, and click the UPLOAD button:

3. In the Screen Name field, browse to the Stock Items screen, populate Scenario Name with whatever name you want, and click OK:

4. Populate the following on the MAPPING tab. You choose Attributes -> Attributes in the Target Object field, then you should see your attributes appear in the drop-down in the Field Name field:

5. Click the PREPARE button, then the IMPORT button. If the import is successful, you should see the green check mark:

6. And now you can see that the attributes are populated on the Stock Items (IN202500) screen:

Note: Keep in mind that you define which Attributes are valid on a per Item Class basis. So, it's possible that you might try to import Attributes into an Item that won't be able to accept them. If you do have different lists of Attributes for different Item Classes, you'll need to define separate Import Scenarios for each group of Attributes.
