The idea was originally to add functionality to allow One Drive as an option to import and export data.
We all know every company has its designated favorite. Set at the top.
Here is what I am suggesting, and I have added it to the idea.
Modify Acumatica’s File Maintenance SYNCHRONIZATION tab
To allow the selection of various cloud storage providers.
One Drive
Amazon Drive
Google Drive
Drop Box
None of the above
This could be achieved by adding a drop-down menu allowing for the selection of the cloud storage solution.
When selected prefill in options available that work in Acumatica.
This could be phased in by using None of the above for existing.
That dont fit the above options.
Options available if pre set, might be Share Folder, File, HTTP, etc
Configure Acumatica to handle these so they work as selected.
We all use various cloud providers, why can we not easily use these in a cloud environment, like Acumatica? Please move this forward.
Please vote for this idea to improve the Acumatica Product.
If I have missed something please improve the suggestion.

Google Drive
I worked with Acumatica Support and they Provided an import solution for Google Drive.
This only works on a share on a file, not a folder. Copy the Sharable Link.
Paste the shareable link into this form. Google Drive Direct Link Generator
Here is the information on how to correct the shareable link courtesy of author.
This site takes your sharing URL, which is a URL that looks something like this:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1LDRlyZaZTF-bxHjBDEiL2obMxYHtf3YT/view?usp=sharing
And it extracts the file ID, the part between /d/ and /view, and puts it into a new URL which looks like this:
https://drive.google.com/uc?export=download&id=1LDRlyZaZTF-bxHjBDEiL2obMxYHtf3YT
And that's it! The new URL format causes Google Drive to serve the file directly as a download, instead of opening a preview. You can do this conversion yourself manually if you want to, this site just makes it a little bit easier. The conversion happens entirely in your browser, your sharing URL is never sent or stored anywhere.
Once you have the new link built. Go to the Synchronization Tab in File Maintenance.
Check Mark Synchronization.
Set the Synchronization Type to: Shared (Initially)
Paste in the new link that was generated, or that you created.
Save Your Work.
Change the Shared Folder, to HTTP.
Save Your Work
(If for some reason the Synchronize Folder Content, gets checked. Change the Synchronization Type to Share Folder. Save your work. Uncheck Synchronize Folder Content. Save your work, Change the synchronization Type to HTTP. Save your work. )
This will work for Import only.
With the revised shareable link the file can be uploaded, if you export it it will open without errors.

One Drive
This will work for One Drive. After working with the solution for Google Drive. I investigated One Drive.
Below is a way to Import a file, and the file if exported opens and is readable.
Go to One Drive.
Create your file, or upload it.
I changed the test file to shareable for everyone.
Get Direct/Permanent Link for One Drive.
Here is the article.

How to Get Direct or Permanent Link for OneDrive Files? • Bydik
On the file go to the three dots …
Click on the three dots,
Click Embed, copy the link into a clipboard, or file.
Step 2. Modify OneDrive File Embed Code
Let’s start the embed code modification! An OneDrive embed code looks like the following:
<iframe src="https://onedrive.live.com/embed?cid=FA476CAFF1A7E75C&resid=FA476CAFF1A7E75C%21122&authkey=AN_axXpcOy7Zfl8" width="98" height="120" frameborder="0" scrolling="no"></iframe>
You have to modify this code, remove everything except the source URL of the file and then replace embed with download to get direct/permanent link. After the modification, we get:
https://onedrive.live.com/download?cid=FA476CAFF1A7E75C&resid=FA476CAFF1A7E75C%21122&authkey=AN_axXpcOy7Zfl8
That’s it! That’s the direct or native link for the OneDrive file and it’s a permanent link. The direct/permanent link will skip the OneDrive web viewer. You can test the link we shared in the process. It should start to download without going to the OneDrive website.
You now have a link you can use in Acumatica.
